We have all had those times where we have pressed the send button and realised something was wrong, or it was to the wrong person and it was to late to catch it. Well worry no more, with Google's undo button you can give yourself up to 30 seconds to pullback that last email for a quick change. Follow the steps below to enable it in your Gmail account today.
Step 1: Open up your gmail account and find the cog button on the righthand side and click on it. Select 'Settings'.
2. Scroll down to "Undo Send" and tick the "Enable Undo Send" box and choose a time length that suits you.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save Changes'
4. When sending a message, after the send button has been pressed a little notification will appear at the top of your emails in the centre like the picture below. If you need to undo your email send just press the "undo" button before you allocated time period expires. One thing to note, if you do anything else whether it is open another email or refresh the page your undo button will disappear.
