We would like to make things easier for you with tech issues that arise from time to time; the best way to start is to log a ticket.
Did you know you can do this easily from Gateway?
When you open Gateway, scroll to the bottom of the main page and click on the TECH HELP for Teachers button:

This opens the main Tech Help page where all you need to do is click on the picture to log a ticket:
